City Operations adjusted due to COVID-19
The City of Rochester continues to take precautions to prevent possible transmission and/or exposure of/to the virus. With the health and safety of City employees and residents being of the utmost importance, the City has chosen to keep City Hall and our Public Works buildings closed to walk-ins in hopes of avoiding disruptions to City services that could result if several employees were exposed or diagnosed with COVID-19.
The following changes took place in late November and will remain in effect until further notice:
+ City Hall and Public Works will be closed to public, with in-person service ONLY by appointment.
+ To conduct City related business, please contact the appropriate department by email or phone.
