Planning Commission Meetings are open to the public and scheduled on the first Monday of each month at 7 pm, except for holidays. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Meetings take place at Rochester City Hall Council Chambers, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester. Meetings are currently in a virtual platform amidst COVID-19.
