August 24, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue HMA paving of Wesley and Castell. The Terry and Mahaffy intersection will be milled and repaved with HMA. Prep for restoration will start. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be time frames where driveway access will become restricted due to the instillation of concrete curbs and approaches on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

 August 18, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue concrete flatwork of concrete on Wesley and Castell. Fine grading of agg base will take place after curbs are placed and asphalt paving will start later next week. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be time frames where driveway access will become restricted due to the instillation of concrete curbs and approaches on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

August 11, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue with roadway grading on Wesley. Concrete will start early in the week on Castell with curb then moving to Wesley to install curb. Flatwork for approaches and walks will follow. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be time frames where driveway access will become restricted due to the instillation of concrete curbs and approaches on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

August 4, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue with underground utility work on the project and roadway grading/ prep for concrete. Storm sewer will finish on Wesley and roadway cut/grading will start. Roadway grading and stone will be completed on Castell. Alley work for storm will start off of Wilcox. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be short time frames where driveway access may become restricted due to the underground utility installation on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

July 28, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue with underground utility work on the project. Storm sewer and water main/service/connection work will continue on Wesley. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be short time frames where driveway access may become restricted due to the underground utility installation on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

July 21, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue with underground utility work on the project. Storm sewer and water main/service/connection work will continue on Castell & Wesley. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be short time frames where driveway access may become restricted due to the underground utility installation on Wesley and Castell. July 7, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue with underground utility work on the project. Storm sewer installation will begin on Wesley and Castell, while the installed water main will continue testing on Castell and Wesley, in preparation for connections and water services. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be short time frames where driveway access may become restricted due to the underground utility installation on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

June 30, 2023: DiPonio (the project contractor) will continue with underground utility work on the project. Water main installation will begin on Wesley, while the installed water main will begin testing on Castell, in preparation for connections and water services. Inconveniences can be expected, there will be short time frames where driveway access may become restricted due to the underground utility installation on Wesley and Castell. Traffic will be maintained for local traffic only, and access will be cleared accordingly at the end of the work day.

June 21, 2023: During the week of June 26, 2023, the contractor will set up traffic control and begin the water main replacement, the storm sewer replacement and road pavement replacement.
